Shotcrete/ Gunite Repairs & Liners
Shotcrete and gunite are versatile, high-performance repair solutions used to restore and reinforce heavily damaged or deteriorated concrete surfaces. These methods are especially effective for large spalled and delaminated areas, and structural lining applications.

Exterior Repairs: Recasting large spalled or low areas on building exteriors to restore structural integrity and surface profile.
Silo Liners: Installing a steel-reinforced concrete sleeve—commonly referred to as a liner—inside the silo. This protective liner strengthens the original structure, extends its service life, and provides an added barrier against abrasion, chemical attack, and moisture penetration.
Silo liners are especially valuable in aging structures or harsh operating environments, offering a cost-effective way to restore functionality without full replacement.

Concrete Crack & Spall Repair
Concrete crack and spall repair is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and longevity of reinforced concrete structures such as silos. These repairs prevent moisture infiltration, corrosion of reinforcing steel, and progressive deterioration.
Crack Repair Process:
Routing and Preparation: Cracks are routed to form a clean, uniform profile, and all loose or deteriorated material is removed.
Sealing: The cleaned cracks are filled with a high-performance elastomeric sealant that accommodates movement and provides a long-lasting, watertight seal.
Finishing: The sealed surface is smoothed and finished to match the surrounding concrete for a clean, uniform appearance.
Spall Repair Process:
Removal: All delaminated, loose, or unsound concrete is removed to expose solid substrate and reinforcing steel, if present.
Recasting: The area is then rebuilt using non-shrink grout or applied gunite (shotcrete), ensuring a durable and structurally sound repair.
Finishing: The repaired surface is shaped and finished to restore the original profile and protect against future damage.

Hopper Repair & Installation
Concrete hoppers are commonly used in silo and storage structures to direct the flow of stored materials and facilitate clean-out. Over time, hoppers can settle or deteriorate, leading to voids, misalignment, or reduced functionality.
Our hopper repair and installation services include:
New Hopper Installation: A sloped fill material is placed within the silo, followed by the construction of a reinforced concrete cap, creating an effective funnel shape for material flow and easy product discharge.
Hopper Repair: For existing hoppers that have settled or developed voids, we fill the affected area with structural-grade concrete to restore stability. A new concrete cap is then installed over the existing hopper to re-establish proper flow geometry and structural integrity.
These repairs ensure efficient product flow, prevent material buildup, and extend the lifespan of the hopper system and the silo as a whole.

Void Filling: High-density structural foam is injected into the soil beneath the structure to fill any voids or gaps caused by erosion, poor compaction, or settlement.
